Pricing
Single room repaints start at $700 per room, booked as a day rate. Final price depends on:
- Room size
- Wall condition and amount of prep needed
- Paint choice (you supply or I supply at cost)
- Number of coats needed
50% deposit required to book. Remaining balance due on completion. Send me photos and dimensions for an accurate quote.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only paint one room at a time?
I focus on one room per booking to ensure full attention and same-day completion. If you want multiple rooms done, we can schedule them over consecutive days.
Do I need to move my furniture?
I will work around your furniture and protect everything with drop cloths and masking. If large pieces need to be shifted, I will handle that as part of the job.
Do I need to buy the paint?
You can choose to supply your own paint, or I can supply it. If I supply it, you pay the cost of the paint on top of the day rate. I am happy to recommend colors and products.
How long does it take?
Most single rooms are completed in one day. Larger rooms or rooms with extensive drywall repair may carry into a second day. I will let you know upfront.
