A standard 2-3 bedroom unit typically takes 2-4 days depending on condition. I will give you a timeline with the quote.

Do you work with property management companies on an ongoing basis?

Do you handle drywall repair?

Yes. Minor to moderate drywall damage is included. Nail holes, cracks, dings, and small patches. Severe structural damage may need a specialist and I will let you know upfront.
